Hi all
The Venison Butchery Competition has quickly become a main event at The Stalking show. Here stalkers have a go at breaking down a joint of venison laid out in an online video tutorial using the Pro Series Flint and Flame Knives. This year we will be asking competitors to seam butcher a Muntjac haunch into its primal muscles.
Over the 2 years we have done this competition many people have come up during and after each heat asking questions about how it all works well here are some of the FAQ:
